This beautiful, very well built & maintained getaway cabin is located on Busby Island, which is on the south/west corner of Sonora Island. With 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom & a wood stove in the living room, that warm & comforting feeling of being in nature hits you as soon as you step inside. The cabin sits on a nicely treed 1.76 acre lot & overlooks a tidal Channel on the back side of this Island. Busby & the surrounding islands & waters are truly special. Only minuets away, there is fishing, crabbing, prawning, but also just exploring & being in the midst of nature, away from the crowds in everyday life. For those familiar with these island waters, it's approximately a 1 hr boat ride from Campbell River at about 25 mph. The cabin is serviced by a community deep well, a private septic field, propane gas & generator/battery system. There is no moorage included, but there is a community dock in Owen Bay, or possibly installing your personal mooring buoy. Additional information is available.
